Day Wise Planned Itinerary

  • DAY 1 : Arrive Chennai

    After breakfast get drive to airport to board the flight to Chennai. Arrive Chennai airport, our representative will meet you to pick you up and transfer to your Pre Book hotel and the rest day is in leisure. Relax &later move for Shopping in the local market.

  • DAY 2 : Chennai Sightseeing

    Today After Breakfast Get Ready For the Sightseeing Of Chennai. This City Renders Superior Art And Culture. Here you will visit Beautiful Temples Such As Kapaleeshwara Temple, Vadapalani Temple and Astalakshmi Temple. Later You Will Also Get Enthralled With Sunset At Marina Beach. You may visit Local Markets and Attractions. Overnight Stay in Hotel in Chennai.

  • DAY 3 : Chennai - Mahabalipuram

    After breakfast then go to Mahabalipuram and also do the enroute excursion of Kanchipuram. Stay overnight at hotel… Early morning get proceed for a full day tour to Mahabalipuram and Kanchipuram. The former was the main port of Pallava dynasty & has exquisite rock-cut monuments, monolithic structures and bas reliefs. It is also a beach resort. Kanchipuram is famed for its hand-woven cottons and Kanjivaram silk. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel. Mahabalipuram: Tamil Nadu which has in the southern past of India, which is the last of all states in the topography of India, has many beautiful places to watch. There are many beautiful sceneries, ancient monuments, historic temples for their unique sculptures, the culture and tradition of the natives and so on. There are lots of other things to be spoken as well. One such place to be watched, toward and enjoyed is Mahabalipuram. This is a magnificent tourist place. Welcome to mahabalipuram, a legacy in stone. Mahabalipuram lies on the Coromandel Coast which faces the Bay of Bengal. This is an elegant place to watch which a well established sea port was during the 7th and 10th centuries of the Pallava dynasty. This was the second capital of the Pallavas who ruled Kanchipuram. Formerly, mahabalipuram was known and called as Mahabalipuram. The former name of this place ‘Mahabalipuram’ has a history.

  • DAY 4 : Mahalbalipuram - Pondicherry (approx 142 kms/1 hr 30 min)

    After you have your breakfast later in the day as per your convienence get driven to Pondicherry, get checked in to your pre booked hotel there… Rest for sometime then later visit some temples or sightseeing there… Stay overnight at the hotel…Pondicherry, which was till recently kwon as Pondicherry, is a famous tourist destination located on the west coast of southern India. It was a French colony till 1962, and still reflects French influence in almost all aspects of the city. The French have left many legacies and relics behind. These have become some of the major tourist attractions of the place.The Excursions from Puducherry will take you to some wonderful tourist spots. The following are the major tourist destinations near Puducherry covered by these excursions.Poompuhar:This is a beautiful spot located about 40 kilometers from Chidambaram. This used to be one of the largest ports in ancient times. Poompuhar is also known as the place where two famous works of ancient Tamil literature, namely, Silapathikaram and Manimekalai were composed. A splendid art gallery located here strives to present the ancient ambience of the region by resorting to 2nd century décor.

  • DAY 5 : Pondicherry - Madurai

    After break fast at the hotel. Reach Madurai in the morning itself, get transferred to your pre booked hotel, relax for some time. Visit one of the famous Meenakshi Temple. Evening is free for leisure activities. Stay overnight at the hotel.Madurai: Madurai or the "city of nectar" is the oldest and second largest city of Tamil Nadu. This city is located on Vaigai River and was the capital of Pandyan rulers till the 14th century. The Pandyan king, Kulasekhara had built a gorgeous temple around which he created a lotus shaped city. Mythology says when city was being named; Lord Shiva blessed the city and its people. On the auspicious occasion some Divine nectar ("Madhu") fell from the matted locks of Shiva and hence the city was named "Madhurapuri". This sacred town of south attracts thousands of pilgrims and visitors from India as well as abroad. The life of Madurai revolves around the Sri Meenakshi Sundareswarar temple. This magnificently carved temple is the main attraction of Madurai and its huge Gopurams towers over the city. Meenakshi temple has a thousand pillared 'Mandapam'. Meenakshi Amman Temple - An excellent example of Dravidian Architecture, the Meenakshi Temple attracts devotees from all over India and Tourist from all over the world. One can climb to the southern Gopuram of the temple to get a great view of the city. Koodal Azhaar Temple - One of the most ancient temples in Madurai, Koodal Azhagar temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. In this temple he is seen in various postures sitting, standing, reclining one over the other. There are intricate woodcarvings in here, including one of Lord Rama's coronations. Vandiyur Kanmoy Tourist Complex - This is an ideal picnic spot with TTDC providing boathouses restaurants services. Thirumalai Nayak Mahal - This palace is an excellent example of Indo-Sarcenic architecture. It was built in 1523 AD and originally was four times larger than what it is today. The gardens, the defensive wall all have gone and what remains are the main entrance gate, the dancing hall and the main hall. Vanditur Mariamman Teppakulam - This huge tank is covers an area equal to the six of Meenakshi temple. Tirumalai Nayak built it in 1646. It is said that channels from the Vaigai River connect the tank. Today, this tank remains empty for most of the year except during the Teppam Festival. The Gandhi Museum - The museum was initially the palace of Rani Mangammal. It gives a clear account of the history of Independence movement of India. This museum also tells some little known facts about Gandhiji but the real piece of Gandhi Memorabilia is the blood stained Dhoti, which he was wearing at the time of his assassination. The local government museum is also situated over here. Thirupparankundram - This is one of the abodes of Lord Sundareshwara, a rock cut temple carved out of a mountain, just 8-km from the city.

  • DAY 6 : Madurai – Rameshwaram (175 KMS – 04 Hours drive)

    Today after breakfast proceed for Rameshwaram. After check in to Hotel, proceed for sightseeing of Rameshwaram – en route visit Ramanathaswamy Temple, ,Overnight stay at Hotel in Rameshwaram.

  • DAY 7 : Rameshwaram - Kanyakumari

    Morning breakfast you will be transferred to Kanyakumari. It is a coastal town in the state of Tamil Nadu on India's southern tip. Jutting into the Laccadive Sea, the town was known as Cape Comorin during British rule and is popular for watching sunrise and sunset over the ocean. And here you enjoy Vivekanand Rock memorial, Vattakottai Fort, Baywatch Park & in the evening you enjoy the view of Kanyakumari Beach, View Tower & get back to hotel. Overnight Stay in Hotel.

  • DAY 8 : Kanyakumari - Kovalam

    Morning breakfast you will be transferred to Kovalam in car.On arrival, check in at the hotel. Afternoon sightseeing of Kovalam includes, Museum, Horse Palace, Art Gallery. Evening you will be free for your own actvities. Overnight at Hotel.

  • DAY 9 : Kovalam Beaches

  • DAY 10 : Kovalam - Thekkaddy

    Today after breakfast check out and get driven to spice land, Thekkady.   • DAY 11 : Thekkady - Alleppey

    Morning After breakfast you will drive to Alleppey. On Arrival check into house boat and enjoy the famous backwater in Alleppey and Leisure. Enjoy candle light dinner. Stay overnight at house boat.

  • DAY 12 : Allepey - Cochin

    After Breakfast, get drive to Cochin. In Route visit Chottanikkara Temple. The ChottanikkaraDevi Temple is a famous temple of mother goddess Shakthi devi or Rajarajeshwari known as Sree Bhagavathi. Maha lakshmi is supposed to be residing in Chottanikkara along with Lord Vishnu.   • DAY 13 : Cochin Sightseeing

  • DAY 15 : Munnar Sightseeing

    This morning,After breakfast get ready for the sightseeing of the city and visit Attukal waterfall, Eravikulam National Park. Mattupetty Dam, Echo point, Photo Point, Lakkam Waterfalls,Muniyara Dolmens, ,Lock Heart Gap, Rose Garden, Anamudi Peak, Top Stationand Tea Garden. Get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

  • DAY 16 : Munnar - Ooty

    Today after the morning breakfast you will move to Ooty. Rest of the day is full of leisure, you may visit Local markets and Local Attractions. Later get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

  • DAY 17 : Ooty Sightseeing

    Today after breakfast we will move for excursion of Connor. Sightseeing of the city: Coonoor is connected by a meter gauge railway line in the world famous Nilgiri Mountain Railway (NMR) between Mettupalayam. The main attraction within the town is Sim's Park, a small well maintained botanical garden that has several varieties of plants. It is spread over 12 hectares. It is about 19 km on road to the south of Ooty and is accessible by both train and road. It also hosts an annual “Fruit Show” in summer.There are trekking trails leading out from the town. One of the popular trekking trails leads Tourists to Lamb’s Rock. Lamb’s Rock overlooks the Coimbatore plains, providing a spectacular view of the tea and coffee plantations. A little ahead of Lamb’s Rock is located the Lady Canning’s Seat that offers a panoramic view of the Nilgiris. Later move back to Ooty for stay in hotel.

  • DAY 18 : Ooty - Mysore

    Today after the morning breakfast you will move to Mysore- the city of palace. After reaching Mysore you will be taken to pre booked hotel and there you relax for a while. Then later move on for sightseeing of the city. Here you can see Mysore Palace, Mysore Zoo, Brindavan Garden, Karanji Lake, Jagan Mohan Palace, LalithaMahal and Railway Museum etc. Later in the evening get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

  • DAY 19 : Mysore - Bangalore

    Morning after breakfast get dive to Bangalore. Relax and get rid from jetleg. . Rest of the day is free for your own leisure activities. And Overnight Stay at Hotel.

  • DAY 20 : Depart from Bangalore

    This morning according to your flight timing you will drive to the Airport to board a flight for your home.
